Terms and Conditions 

& Free Agent Community Membership Agreement

 

By contributing/donating to any offer, joining the Free Agent Community, Trust Community, including any and all communities of Bree Divine, henceforth, you are agreeing to all of the following: 

 

Terms:

 

• All contributions/donations are required before attending classes, receiving offers, and joining communities.
• When joining any membership, the billing cycle is monthly unless the annual donation option is selected for an annual renewal.
• Increase in contribution will not affect the current members’ monthly “payment”. When there is an increase in contribution for the Trust Community Memberships, all current members’ contribution amount is grandfathered in going forward.
  • Meaning, if your contribution has been $198 and the new offer is adjusted to $248 on the website, your monthly credit card charge will not increase.

  • If you signed up for the annual membership, your contribution will increase on your next billing statement to the updated contribution (see “Discounts” below).

  • If you cancel your monthly membership and would like to return, you will lose your former contribution amount and will need to rejoin with whatever is listed on the offer page of the website.

  • No discounts will be provided for past community members who wish to renew after cancellation.

     

 Discounts:

 

• All Trust Community Members receive 25% off live Zoom classes. This discount link is accessible in the “Monthly Meetings” tab in the Free Agent Community.

• 10% Discount on all annual memberships

 

 

Your Private 1:1 Sessions With Joe Lustica:

 

• Joe’s 1:1 sessions are not related with Bree Divine in any way. Although there is a booking link within the Trust Community to meet with Joe, this is his private link which is not affiliated with Bree Divine and the Free Agent Community.
  • When you book a session with Joe, you are booking outside of the scope of the Bree Divine offers.
  • Be sure to communicate with Joe directly with any questions, concerns, or issues regarding your scheduled meeting.
  • Team Bree and Bree Divine are not Joe’s personal tech support, nor his secretary or affiliates for his private business.

 

Zoom:

 

• Your full name must appear as it shows on your credit card or government issued identification if you wish to attend the live upcoming classes on Zoom. 
• No nick-names or private names are permitted. Your full name must show first and last name (middle name optional). 
• You must have your proper Zoom name changed to reflect your Membership/Ens Legis/government name BEFORE attending a live Zoom class/meeting. Otherwise, you will be left in the waiting room. 
• If you do not know how to change your name on Zoom, get instructions on Google or YouTube or ask a friend. Suspension or termination will fall on those who do not cooperate.
• Please allow 5-15 minutes of grace period for class to begin unless otherwise informed. 
• If you’re in the waiting room longer than usual, please take notice: 
  • If the host is present, Bree & the teacher are setting up for class. Please be aware that Joe teaches his classes for his personal business sometimes up to 8PM EST on week nights. Because of this, sometimes we have a later start than usual. 
  • DO NOT FLOOD THE COMMUNITY CHAT ASKING WHY YOU’RE WAITING TO ENTER CLASS. Be aware that the host is present and sees you. Freaking relax, pretty please. :)
  • If the host is not present, you are either too early for class (so double check your time zone) or you missed an announcement of a class cancellation.
• Late entry is not permitted (15+ minutes after the class start time is considered late). 
• Re-entry is permitted unless otherwise stated on the class offer or in the email.
• Registration for class is required unless otherwise stated.

 

Class Replay:

 

• Goes out to every donator whether one is present or not unless otherwise stated
• Recordings are sent out to donating students within 48 hours after class is over, unless otherwise stated. (Grace is welcomed here if technical issues arise, or when Team Bree exercises their right to vacation/personal days off. It will be promptly communicated if there are any delays due to conflict in schedules.)
• Class replay summary descriptions are created by Zoom’s AI Companion. You agree to use discernment and double check the summaries against the class content before relying on AI’s conclusions for your learning comprehension. 

 

Email: 

 

• It is important to add us to your contacts so that you do not miss a link or time sensitive information about your upcoming class. 
• Please do not unsubscribe to the email list if you have contributed for a class and expect to receive correspondence/admission/replays. 
• If you unsubscribe from our email list, you will NOT receive important content, class replays, or anything you contributed for. 
• If you unsubscribe and this results in not receiving an offer that you donated for, you will have to donate a second time to have remedy.
• If you are sent an important time sensitive email that requires a response or action on your part and you do not respond in time, and this results in your inability to access a live class or veto on receiving an offer that you feel entitled to, Bree Divine takes no responsibility for the consequences that follow. 

 

Support:

 

• All support that you are entitled to is in the form of: 
  • Answers, comments, etc., from fellow community members at their will.
• Answers from Bree and respective teachers to appropriate questions. Answers from “Bree” or respective teachers may also appear as an “Admin” member. If a question is meant for a 1:1 session with the teacher, not appropriate for a group setting, or not applicable, then a response may appear as instructions to book a 1:1 session with the applicable teacher.
• You comprehend and submit that the truth is up to you to research. All liability is on you and no other for the truth.
• Read and abide by the “sections” descriptions in the community. 
  • If you are a member of the Trust Community or Trust Community VIP, you agree to keep the topic on Trust in the Trust Community chat and Q&A sections. 
    • If you ask questions that are outside of Trust Community topics, a VIP member may assist you, but keep in mind that depending on the context, with discretion, Bree, Team Bree, or Joe may delete your question or ask you to book a 1:1 with Joe.
• If you are a member of the Trust Community VIP, you agree to keep the topics about trust for the Trust Community and Trust Community Q&A strictly trust related unless responding to a member who isn’t VIP and is seeking guidance on non-trust related topics.
• In the Free Agent Community, (Trust Community & Trust Community VIP), there is a technical support section. This is for Team Bree to respond to. As a member, please only use this for questions. 
• Please be aware that your comments and questions will be deleted if you post in a section that says, “DO NOT POST IN THIS SECTION.” 
• The best way we can support everyone in the community is if we are all mindful of the sections and their topics. Please keep your discussions relevant to the section’s topic and utilize your designated community chat for all miscellaneous discussions. 
• All information that you are entitled to receive in relation to the community and the teachings therein is found in the respective community that you are subscribed to. Meaning, there is no promise or assumption that you will receive direct emails, direct messages via social media/telegram and the like, outside of the community.

 

Behavior:

 

• You will behave with decorum and will not do the following:
  •  Unmute your mic without invitation on a Live Zoom class
  • Be unkind to fellow members
  • Knowlingly give false advice to fellow members
  • Share private information with the public
  • If Intellectual Property of the teacher/class content is shared to the public (posting on social media), you agree that you will cite your source and mention the teacher by name. Pretending to be the source of IP and sharing it to the public is considered plagiarism and distasteful to the Trust Community and its creators.
  • Create classes or content that leads or generates financial currency for yourself
    • For example: Profiting off of (non-public) information that is clearly provided in our offers and plagiarize.
  • Wear the color of the enemy: Behavior that appears as greed, hostility, or selfishness.
  • Any behavior listed above will result in immediate removal from the live class and/or removal from the community.

 

Donations:

 

• All “payments” are received as donations. Any and all terms that are ever used that insinuate or signify a form of payment will only and solely be understood and agreed by the giver and receiver to be a donation. 
• All donations are final; no refunds under any circumstances. 
•  No exceptions

 

Your Agreement Concerning Interactions With Others: 

 

• Keep your questions short. Sharing long scripted stories and not getting to the point of a request may lead to deletion of your comment or post. Posts/questions are meant to be helpful for others to respond to you, rather than inundate everyone with “context” information. We do not need context to see your request. We are all here for the same reasons. Keep your private life circumstances private. 
• You may be removed from the community without explanation and without a refund. If you are removed, or leave due to bringing hostility into an environment, you will not be able to reenter without an online video call interview with Bree. If you’re unable to do a video call interview, you may not reenter. No exceptions. 
• Be trustworthy. It is our intention to foster a community where everyone feels safe among the members to the point of connecting with potential trustees. All actions are highly monitored and members will be put on a list to receive invites to NDA classes. 
• Those who harm the innocent (children, animals, women, the disabled, the elderly, fellow men) are not welcome here. If we find out that you are an abuser of any kind, you will be removed from the community. 
• Taking screen shots and sharing with the public/Telegram/Social Media, for any reason is strictly prohibited. Doing so is a violation of this membership agreement.
• Bree Divine may take screen shots of Community Chats/Q&A’s for promotional and educational content. If Bree Divine and its officers use screen shots from the community chats, any and all names and photos will be redacted to ensure privacy of all members. What you choose to share in the community is not considered private information, so please keep your private situation sealed if it is not to be shared in the public. Of course, any and all names/addresses or any specific identifiers of persons and places relating to your personal life in messages will be redacted before being shared with the public. 

 

NDA Classes:

 

• To receive an invite to a private, NDA (non-disclosure agreement) class, one must show that they are trustworthy. As of now, there is no intention to require any additional donation to learn recoupment processes, or any high value private process. The only requirement is to make yourself known as a trustworthy member who is keeping up with the courses and class content. However, knowing how to create your own trust is required. 

 

Trust Creation Workshop:

 

• Learning how to create your own trust is an added bonus to joining either of the two Trust Community memberships. Invitations are given to members individually/privately. The invitations will not be posted within the group for all to see. With every 100 members, invites will be sent out. This means that the 101st member will wait until there are 200 members in order to receive the next trust creation workshop invite. 
• Anything on this list of terms and conditions may change without your consent. If the Terms and Conditions are updated, you will receive a notice posted in the community about the change. 

 

Bonus Content for Trust Communities: 

 

• We may offer from time to time bonus classes and meetings.
• These classes are not considered part of the value in which a member is entitled to when joining the community
• Bonus meetings are: 
  • Trust Membership Meeting, second Tuesday of every month at 8 PM EST
  • Trust Membership Q&A, Every Monday at 10 AM EST
  • The live Q&A is held in the Monthly Meetings tab. 
    • Maximum attendees: 200

 

No Refund Policy Explained: 

 

• For an upcoming class, due to the nature of these offers, there is no way to retract a Zoom invite as anyone who donates automatically receives access to attend the Upcoming Class. 
• The moment someone donates, they are added to the list of donators who are to receive a copy of the class recording whether they are present in class or not. 
• For an offer that is prerecorded, access to this information is immediately given to those who donate. For obvious reasons, this is a non refundable situation.
• Refunds cost us fees on both ends (receiving donations and sending the full amount back), including compensating the team who works with people’s reasoning in their desire for a refund. 
• Our team works Monday-Thursday. There is no guarantee that the funds you donated would be available to return as our deposits and member pay outs are weekly.
• Refunds will not be granted nor considered under any circumstances, no exceptions.

 

Risks:

 

• You acknowledge and agree that participating in membership/community/class activities involve certain risks and hazards. 
• You agree to act in the best interests of the Membership and to contribute your skills, knowledge, and resources to further the goals and objectives of the membership. 
• You agree to abide by the rules, guidelines, regulations, and decisions of the Membership as outlined in the Articles of Association or Bylaws.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Membership, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Member’s participation in Membership/all Bree Divine related activities.
• You are aware of the risks in applying for Klarna, Afterpay, etc. via Kajabi, and do not hold Bree Divine and its officers responsible for mistakes or actions taken if errors or mistakes occur in your application.
• You agree to assume all risks associated with their participation in membership activities and hereby releases the Bree Divine, and the Membership; its teachers and members, from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from such participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law
