The PMA & Ministry Masterclass

Learn to create your own PMA and Ministry in four weeks, complete with all the templates you need, including: Bylaws, membership agreements, founder’s origin story, trust documents, personal advice, and more.

A Founder’s Contribution

Build your own Private Membership Association and ministry, governed by you, in four weeks. Then, if you choose, author the *doctrine that brings it to life.

I have hosted multiple PMA masterclasses over the last two years. What makes this one different is you’ll walk away with proper templates for governance and operating agreements that have never been introduced before. If you decide that your structure is not quite a Private Membership Association and leans more toward a ministry, you will have access both structures, templates, and guidance without contributing for an entirely separate course.

I’ve put everything into one place for you.

Over four weeks you will build the actual structures: a PMA, a ministry, and the internal operating system that holds them together, alongside a founding cohort. Your presence and interactions will help bring this to masterclass to life, making it more relatable for those who opt in for a recording in the future. This is why you’re invited at a founder’s contribution rather than a formal set price.

Who this is for

Founders and ministry leaders who are done renting their structure from someone else — who want to stand up a PMA, a church or ministry, or both, and govern it so it holds.

What you walk away with

  • A formed (or formation-ready) Private Membership Association
  • A ministry framework built on the Faith Based Organization/ministry structure
  • A working instrument known as the operating system, not just paperwork
  • Clarity on whether you need a PMA, a ministry, or a hybrid of both

The four weeks: All sessions Thursdays, 6:00 PM Eastern, 90 minutes to 2 hours each

Week 1 - Thursday, July 16 · The PMA What a Private Membership Association actually is, the true basis it stands on, how to form one, and the foundational governance a PMA needs to function rather than just exist on paper.

Week 2 - Thursday, July 23 · The Ministry How to stand up a ministry — the Faith Based Organization framework, what qualifies under the church definition, and how to build it so it holds up to scrutiny.

Week 3 - Thursday, July 30 · Governance: The operating system beneath both vehicles. This is the spine of the entire work -Governance, Culture, Leadership, Legacy - taught as the structure that makes an entity durable. Whatever you build, this is what keeps it standing. (This does not include embedded religious doctrine that is needed for a ministry to operate. You will be lightly guided on the importance of governance matching your affiliated religious doctrine.)

Week 4 - Thursday, August 6 · Integration & Q&A The hybrid: running a PMA and a ministry together, the integrated-auxiliary relationship, and which structure carries what. This is also the day every question collected across all four weeks is answered live.

You will receive access to the recording within 48 hours in your library whether you are present or not.

How Q&A works

There is no live Q&A until the final session. Questions are collected by email throughout all four weeks, gathered and themed, then answered together on August 6, so the answers build on the full arc of the class rather than interrupting it midstream. Email your questions anytime. Every one gets addressed on the last day.

The Founder’s Contribution

This is the only window the founding rate exists. $2,400 - open now through the final live session, August 6. $4,800 - the public rate, beginning after August 6.

Founder’s contribution includes recordings of every session, so you can join any time before August 6 and catch up on what came before.
